Located in Vrčin, on highway E75, in wider Belgrade area. With its strategic position near Belgrade roundabout it connects existing west industrial zone with still developing south zone it is located in. 

Prime location and complexity of the task dictated a series of criteria that would be crucial in urbanism project and concept development rationalization. Most significant criteria were:

1. Maximizing building capacities, minimizing on site traffic area
2. Maximizing pallet storage space
3. Adapting to terrain configuration in order to minimize expense
4. Creating independent but functionally connected areas – warehouse, administration building, garage
5. Urban development plan for the south industrial zone area

By leveling out the terrain in two levels- one for administration building the other for warehouse, easy maneuvering on location is accomplished.

Being located on a slope, it was very challenging to organize multipurpose building complex with simple communication lines. Complex consists of three buildings stretching through entire location, with highly functional secondary traffic connecting them. Having to connect three buildings without interfering with distribution truck network- pedestrian communication was lifted and transformed into bridges connecting different buildings, overlapping the traffic network. 

Project contains: Schematic Design, Construction Documents, Fire safety project-  all carefully coordinated with laws and regulations for this type of building.
