This study shows variations that can be done with one housing unit in order to adapt it to users needs. Trouhg reserach two types of variations were developed- on smaller and larger scale. 

Smaller scale variations show how we can alter one housing unit. The general principal applied in this study is decompozition of convetional housing to  its basic elements, their grouping into specific units and reattaching in different housing systems. The core of every house consists of living room and dining room to which different appendix can be aded depending on users needs. Appendix contains bedrooms, bathrooms, studies, etc and they can vary in size and nuber of rooms. 

Larger scale shows how these units can be combined on different location types creating row houses, twin houses, atrium block, etc.
